If you are interested in topics of the Scientific Programme, we’ll be glad to meet you at ISCRA-2023. Participation is free of charge (!), but the number of participants is limited (!).
To participate in the ISCRA-2023 Symposium, please, follow the procedure described below:
Step #1. Register a profile in Indico of the Experimental Complex NEVOD. Pay attention that emails from address indico-nevod@mephi.ru can be redirected to spam. Therefore, if you have not received the email, check the spam folder of your mail application. If you already have account in our Indico, just go to the next step.
Step #2. Login to Indico of the Experimental Complex NEVOD using your profile.
Step #3. Register to the ISCRA-2023 Symposium by filling out the registration form. All fields in the registration form should be filled in English.
Important Note #1: The entrance to the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI is impossible without registration to the Symposium, i.e. registration is obligatory.
Important Note #2: If you are a foreign participant, and you need Russian visa to attend the Symposium, please contact the Local Organizing Committee by email (iscra@mephi.ru) to obtain the Invitation letter form the MEPhI, as soon as possible. Keep in mind, that Tourist’s visas are not acceptable.
Important Note #3: If you want to stay in the MEPhI Hostel during the Symposium, please send the email request to the Local Organizing Committee (iscra@mephi.ru) after the registration. The number of rooms for reservation is limited.
If you are participating as a listener (without a contribution), then go to the Step #6.
Step #4. If you are going to present a contribution, then submit an abstract of your talk. The Abstract should be written in English, contain a clear description of new results, ideas, approaches which would give contribution to discussion of the announced scientific topics and would provide the Programme Committee with necessary information for the acceptance of the Abstract. Do not forget to indicate the Section of the Symposium and the type of presentation: overview, original talk or poster.
Step #5. After the Abstract submission, please, wait for the email notification about the decision of the Symposium Programme Committee.
Step #6. Wait for further email notifications and check for updates at the Symposium website.
